Day in the Life
  • 60% identifying and contacting prospective customers via phone, email, and other channels (using SourceWhale!) to schedule Sales Qualified Meetings.
  • 20% supporting Account Executives during customer demos.
  • 10% gathering feedback from prospects and customers to inform product development.
  • 10% managing your sales pipeline and tracking performance.
  • Collaborate with your manager to develop your career pathway.
Who You Are
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or recruitment business development.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships via phone and outbound messaging.
  • Organized, inquisitive, and intrinsically motivated.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Growth mindset—always seeking to improve.
  • Passionate about your work.
  • Resilient—able to stay positive regardless of challenges.
  • Able to commute to our Shoreditch office 3 times a week.
