Reactive Permanent Recruitment is recruiting for a Business Development Executive (Water Hygiene) in Thornbury. The role focuses on building relationships, generating new business, and developing specialist water hygiene knowledge under the Head of Sales.

You will manage quotations, sales processes, and CRM records while supporting renewals and pursuing growth opportunities. A development pathway into legionella control is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of generating and converting new business.

Responsibilities

Business Development Executive (Water Hygiene)

Location: Thornbury

Salary: £29,000 per annum, + commision

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About The Role

Resolve Recruitment Services are delighted to be working with an established and growing specialist within the water hygiene sector, who are looking to recruit an ambitious and driven Business Development Executive to join their Sales Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, generating new business and developing specialist industry knowledge.

Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth. You will act as a key point of contact for both new and existing customers, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently while helping to convert opportunities into long-term business.

The successful candidate will also receive ongoing technical and personal development, giving you the opportunity to become a specialist in legionella control and water hygiene compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• – High-level IT skills, particularly across Microsoft Office 365.
• – Post-16 qualification essential.
• – Degree desirable, but not essential.

What’s On Offer?

• – Competitive salary of £27,450–£29,000, depending on skills and experience.
• – OTE of approximately £33,000 per annum.
