Talent Search Ltd in Portsmouth is seeking a Business Development Executive to join a growing sales team. The role offers a base salary of £28k-£35k with benefits and an uncapped bonus of around £6-10k per year, depending on performance.

You will connect with potential clients through cold calling and warm leads, follow up on quotes, build lasting relationships, and deliver excellent service while aiming to exceed targets.

Qualifications
