Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in client accounts.
  • Analyse market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with clients according to company policies.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions in line with customers' needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Executive should have:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly driven and motivated.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Confident working both collaboratively and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
