JOB PURPOSE

As the Business Development Executive for Dental, you will be responsible for spearheading business development initiatives in a niche sector. Your primary duties will include:

  • Developing new business opportunities within the dental sector.
  • Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive database of customers.
  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective accounts.
  • Executing strategic cold outreach campaigns through cold calls and emails to expand our client base.
  • Providing support to the talent acquisition team with fulfilling vacancies for accounts within your portfolio.
  • Attending events, networking opportunities and webinars to build the Skills4Dental brand

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To meet set sales KPI’s
  • To complete all required documentation for the sales cycle and ensure we are compliant with all inspections and audits
  • Develop long term sustainable partnerships
  • Complete customer analysis to understand our customers’ needs
  • Consult and communicate the value of work-based learning

·Provide suitable IAG to our learners and employers through regular account management meetings, webinars and written communication

·Secure new customers and lead the organisations growth targets

  • Identify and close new business
  • Converting inbound leads generated by website, marketing team and our partnerships.
  • Prospecting for own sales leads, targeting key sectors and localities in line with funding streams, per the priorities of our Sales and Marketing Plans.
  • Ensure that we work ethically and in line with Government funding rules and that our company values, policies, and procedures are upheld at all times.
  • To complete CPD to ensure that all relevant skill and knowledge are up to date at all times
