OrderOnBot is an AI-powered ordering platform designed to help restaurants, takeaways, cafes, and retail stores streamline their order management and customer engagement through WhatsApp and Agentic AI. Our platform automates order processing, marketing, and customer interactions, allowing businesses to grow efficiently.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, onboarding new clients, and helping businesses maximize the benefits of OrderOnBot. If you're passionate about technology, sales, and helping businesses scale, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard businesses such as restaurants, takeaways, cafes, and retail stores, introducing them to OrderOnBot’s WhatsApp and AI-based ordering solutions.
• Conduct live demos and presentations to showcase the platform’s benefits, helping potential clients understand how the system can improve their operations.
• Train new clients on using the platform efficiently, including setting up their menu, managing orders, and leveraging marketing tools.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring businesses remain engaged and successfully utilize the platform.
• Meet sales and onboarding targets, driving platform adoption and market penetration.
• Gather feedback from clients and relay valuable insights to the product and development teams for continuous improvement.
• Represent OrderOnBot at industry events, food exhibitions, and networking meetings, creating brand awareness and generating leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns and support promotional efforts.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience in Sales/Business Development (preferably in food-tech, hospitality industries).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage and convert potential clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales goals.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to help businesses grow through technology.
• Experience in onboarding new businesses, setting up accounts, and providing client training.
• Passion for the food and retail sector and understanding of restaurant/takeaway operations is beneficial.
