About The Opportunity:

Business Development Executive

Home based

• 20%-40% bonus

This is a pivotal role within the organisation as you will be responsible for being the first point of contact to new customers looking to partner with the business.

With a constant flow of companies wanting to partner with them, your diary will be kept full!

Working with Marketing, Telemarketing and wider Sales teams, you will be developing relationships across the corporate & SME space and proving a consultative approach to allow your customers to understand the true value of salary sacrifice to them and their employees.

This is a great area to walk into where you can get started quickly and throw yourself into developing external relationships. Likewise, you will be hungry to network within various teams across the business and forge your future career within the company.
