Director of Business Development, EMEA (London):

£110-140K + 50% comms and RSU's.

Our client, a global leader in cutting-edge data & analytics platform, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Business Development, EMEA, to join their growing London team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding their market presence and driving revenue growth across the EMEA region (outside of UK and Germany) driving new business with Media Agencies.

About the Role:

In this strategic leadership position, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and secure new partnerships with leading broadcasters, publishers, agencies, and brands across EMEA.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.
• Driving revenue growth by effectively communicating the value proposition of our client’s innovative data and analytics solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
• Staying abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Accurately forecasting and reporting on sales activity and pipeline.

About You:

• You have a proven track record of success in business development, ideally within the television advertising, digital media, or data analytics industry.
• You possess a deep understanding of the EMEA media / agency landscape and have a strong network of contacts.
• You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You are a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for exceeding targets.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• You have a history of exceeding sales goals.
• You are comfortable with data, and data driven solutions.
• Other European language skills are an advantage!
