Job summary

Eurobase People in Chelmsford is seeking a Business Development Consultant to identify opportunities, open doors with decision makers and convert conversations into long-term client partnerships. You'll work with our 360 Recruitment Consultants to connect great businesses with our recruitment solutions and develop your BD pipeline across the UK and European tech markets.

This is a new business role offering a competitive salary plus commission, in-house learning & development, clear progression

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales or Recruitment.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build relationships.
• Strong communication and persistence in outreach.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients across the UK and European technology markets.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, LinkedIn, email and networking.
• Build, manage and develop your own BD pipeline.
• Identify decision makers and open conversations with new prospects.
• Arrange and attend client meetings to introduce Eurobase People and understand recruitment needs.
• Develop new client accounts and build long-term commercial relationships.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify opportunities and market requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends and share opportunities across the business.
