Job summary

Activate Learning is expanding its sales team and seeks a Business Development Consultant who can generate new leads for our training courses. You will build a pipeline, tailor bespoke training solutions, and present proposals and tenders with the Head of Sales.

Working across the UK, you will visit clients, drive KPIs, and spot cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining service standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial training target-driven environment.
• Ability to research and contact potential partners.
• Proven track record of writing successful proposals and tenders.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business prospects for training courses.
• Tailor bespoke training solutions to meet client needs.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and tenders with the Head of Sales.
• Regular client visits across the UK to grow revenue and hit KPIs.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue.
