Job summary

Activate Learning is seeking a Business Development Consultant to self-generate leads for training courses, building a pipeline of prospects and relationships with clients nationwide.

You will tailor our bespoke training solutions, both commercial and apprenticeships, to meet client needs, prepare proposals and tenders with the Head of Sales, and help hit KPIs in a hybrid role.

The role is based at a Reading campus with regular team meetings in Oxford or Reading and client visits as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial training or training sales B2B with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to research and contact potential partners and build relationships with HR clients.
• Proven track record in writing successful proposals and tenders.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate new leads for training courses and build a pipeline of prospects.
• Tailor bespoke training solutions to client needs and deliver proposals and tenders.
• Develop relationships with high-profile clients and hit KPIs in a hybrid role.
