Job summary

Taziker, based in Chorley, is seeking a motivated Business Development Support to join the team in an office-based role. You will support BD and Bid activities, monitor shared inboxes, log opportunities in the CRM, and follow up with clients to obtain updates.

The role emphasizes admin efficiency, strong organisation, and teamwork. Key duties include CRM maintenance, logging new enquiries, and assisting with bid feedback, with a starting salary of £27,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative and/or business development support.
• Strong communication via telephone and email.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications; CRM knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shared inboxes for new opportunities and enquiries.
• Log new enquiries into the CRM accurately.
• Assist in obtaining feedback on submitted bids.
• Maintain CRM records with accurate opportunity stages and client details.
• Support the Business Development and Bid Admin teams with general administration.
• Handle incoming reception and sales enquiries (shared across the team).
