Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative or business development support.
• Ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email.
• Experience using CRM systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shared inboxes for new business opportunities.
• Accurately log new enquiries into the CRM system.
• Assist in obtaining feedback on submitted bids.
• Maintain and update CRM records for accuracy.
• Support the Business Development and Bid Admin teams.
• Handle incoming reception and sales enquiries.
