Job summary

TLT LLP in Bristol is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Assistant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will support the Marketing Operations team, Business Development, Bids, Events and Client Development to drive marketing initiatives and win new business.

This role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and excellent communication. You will help produce draft credentials, proposals and pitch materials, manage bid libraries, coordinate events, and keep CRM

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and time management skills; able to work under pressure and drive projects to completion.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience of working in a professional services environment.
• Business Development/Marketing experience advantageous but also good entry level for someone wanting to move into this discipline.
• Experience of using BD/marketing technologies (CRM systems, email marketing platforms, webinar services and website/intranet content management systems) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Producing first draft credentials documents, proposals and pitch presentations to support winning new business.
• Onboard new senior hires within the business and support bids team on opportunities including maintaining a library of precedent text for bids.
• Create bid template structures reflecting requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Track and report bid activity across sectors and service lines.
• Collect and collate bid feedback to identify themes.
• Manage referees and annual submissions to legal directories.
• Assist events with running virtual, in-person and hybrid events and corporate hospitality.
