Guidepoint is hiring an entry-level Business Development Associate to expand our client base and build a robust pipeline across industries. You’ll identify prospects, reach out via email and phone, and schedule meetings with senior sales leaders.

This hybrid London role requires a right to work in the UK and offers strong development opportunities. You will work with a seasoned team, learn Guidepoint’s offerings, and contribute to regional growth through effective outreach and relationship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic record and extracurricular achievement.
• 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role (sales, account management, etc.).
• Outgoing personality and willingness to cold call and engage senior professionals.
• Ability to work in a team and prioritise opportunities.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospect clients and communicate Guidepoint's value via email and phone.
• Build relationships and schedule meetings with clients and senior sales managers.
• Map companies to identify target groups and job functions.
• Develop a robust pipeline of qualified prospects to drive commercial success.
• Research target industries and understand information needs and pain points.
• Collaborate with senior sales to craft engaging content for meetings.
• Develop knowledge of the competitive landscape and provide feedback to sales.
• Support ongoing business development initiatives and strategies.
