We are excited to announce an opening for a dynamic and ambitious New Business Development Associate to join our Client Relations Team in Birmingham.

What Will You Do?

As a New Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in the commercial growth of Show Ready stands, maximising all opportunities to network and promote our brand.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Driving Sales: Cold calling, emailing, social media lead generation, face-to-face show walking, networking, and researching.
  2. Building Relationships: Be the first point of contact for potential clients, using your excellent communication skills to build strong, lasting relationships.
  3. Strategic Targeting: Identify key events and opportunities, gather crucial client information, and develop tailored sales strategies.
  4. Customer Excellence: Ensure high service levels and smooth delivery of stand builds, exceeding customer expectations.
  5. Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with marketing, internal sales, and operations teams to maximise opportunities and deliver exceptional results.
