Dumfries & Galloway College on the Dumfries Campus is seeking a full-time Business Development Assistant to join the External Development and Commercial Team. The role supports the development of the college's commercial activity, aims to achieve income targets, promote opportunities and assist marketing initiatives.
You will engage with customers, manage CRM activities, prepare reports, and help deliver funded programmes and professional courses.

We’re looking for a talented Business Development Assistant to join our External Development and Commercial Team on a full time, permanent contract. The role will primarily support the development of the commercial department to ensure the success of funded projects, achieve income targets, promote opportunities and support marketing initiatives.
The External Development and Commercial Team is responsible for delivering certificated and bespoke professional courses, SVQs, Modern Apprenticeships, Open Learning courses and funded programmes, in a College that aims to be one step ahead.

We’re looking for a Business Development Assistant with a background in partnership development and relationship building to support the growth of the commercial College activities. You must be experienced in communicating via telephone, electronically and in person, using a CRM system and enjoy working in a fast paced dynamic and industrious environment.
