Dumfries & Galloway College is seeking an organised Administrator to support the External Development & Commercial Team at the Dumfries Campus. The role involves data management, project administration and reporting for training programmes, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality and high service standards.
Based at the Dumfries Campus, you will handle learner and employer records, assist with invoicing and funding requirements, and use MS Excel for data analysis.
Dumfries Campus | £28,949 per annum (increasing to £29,933.29 from 01/09/26) | 35 hours per week | 12 months fixed term
We are looking to appoint an organised and detail‑focused Administrator to provide high‑quality administrative support to our External Development & Commercial Team. This role is essential to the smooth delivery of training programmes and work‑based learning, ensuring that records, systems, finance processes, reporting and compliance requirements are managed accurately and efficiently.
