Overview

Remote Recruitment is seeking a skilled Business Developer to join our thriving recruitment agency. In this fully remote role, you will play a critical part in driving new business initiatives, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and enhancing our service offerings within the recruitment space. If you are passionate about recruitment and have a proven sales background, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure alignment with client needs and deliver high-quality talent solutions.
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to generate leads.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the agency landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
