Job summary

ASOS is seeking a hands-on Business Continuity & Insurance Manager to strengthen how we prepare for, respond to and recover from disruption. You’ll shape a refreshed BCDR framework and own the Group Insurance cycle, coordinating with Technology, Supply Chain, Finance and other teams to ensure resilient, well-governed operations.

You’ll mentor a Senior Risk Analyst, drive maturity improvements, and champion risk governance while aligning with ASOS’ commercial needs and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management or similar.
• Technical understanding of insurance programme management and renewal cycles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and embed refreshed ASOS approach to BCDR across the Group.
• Oversee BCDR framework, refresh BIAs, coordinate plan reviews and testing.
• Own annual Group Insurance cycle with brokers and insurers.
• Provide advice and training on resilience, risk governance and controls.
