Job summary

Midland Heart Ltd is seeking a Business Change Partner to lead change activities across projects, ensuring stakeholder understanding and adoption of new ways of working. You will work with Project Delivery Managers, Business Analysts and HR to embed sustainable change within Midland Heart and its tenants.

The role requires a recognised change management qualification, strong facilitation and communication skills, and the ability to tailor change approaches to different scales and contexts.

Qualifications

• A recognised change management qualification such as APMG Change Management Practitioner or Prosci Change Practitioner, or equivalent professional competence gained through substantial practical experience.
• A strong understanding of structured change approaches and the judgement to adapt them according to scale, complexity and context.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills with an ability to engage people at different levels.
• Understanding how culture, leadership behaviour and colleague experience affect sustainable change.
• Confidence diagnosing resistance and developing practical interventions to improve readiness and adoption.
• Collaborative working with HR, Communications, Learning & Development and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Change activity across assigned projects and initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and business impact assessments.
• Develop Business Change and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Assess and monitor business readiness, engagement and adoption, identifying where intervention is required to support sustainable outcomes.
• Identify barriers and resistance to change and develop appropriate interventions.
• Identify learning requirements and coordinate activity with Learning & Development.
• Establish and support Change Champion networks.
• Develop transition plans and support mobilisation, go-live and embedding.
• Provide specialist Business Change advice and contribute to improving organisational change frameworks and tools.
