Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a skilled Business Change Specialist to join our Business Readiness team in Oldham. This full-time role (35 hours) blends office and home working as we deliver our 2030 strategy, modernise CRM, and embed new processes and technology across the organisation.

You will lead change adoption, influence stakeholders, design communications and training, and ensure colleagues and customers can adopt the change with confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change and business readiness across complex projects.
• Familiar with Prosci ADKAR and other methodologies.
• Experience with both traditional and iterative delivery approaches.
• Designing change initiatives involving people, processes and technology.
