Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking an experienced Business Change Specialist in England to lead change and readiness across our transformation journey, supporting our 2030 Strategy and modernising service delivery with new technologies and CRM capabilities. About the Role

Join us at a pivotal moment in our transformation journey.

We are looking for an experienced Business Change Specialist to join our Business Readiness team to play a key role in delivering meaningful change across The Guinness Partnership. As we bring our ambitious 2030 Strategy to life, we are investing in improving our repairs offering through changes to our service delivery model and the rollout of new technologies. We want to improve colleague and resident experiences by modernising our technology landscape and expanding CRM capabilities across resident facing services. We are also working to unlock the potential of digital and AI-enabled ways of working. Our change portfolio is broad, exciting, and central to delivering our strategic ambitions.

In this role, you will work closely with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders across Guinness. You will also lead business readiness and change adoption activities, influence stakeholders, and help operational teams successfully embed, people, process and technology change and realise the full benefits of the change.

This is a full-time, permanent role (35 hours per week) based at our Oldham office. We offer a hybrid working model, combining office-based working with the flexibility of working from home.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Change Specialist who thrives in delivery-focused environments and has a proven track record of leading change and business readiness activities across complex projects and programmes. You will bring experience of change management methodologies, like Prosci's ADKAR, as well as other best practice. You will have experience supporting both traditional and iterative delivery approaches and be confident designing change initiatives involving people, processes and technology.

Just as important, you will be an exceptional communicator and relationship builder. You will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, influencing decisions, challenging constructively, and building the commitment needed embed the change .

You will also be able to demonstrate experience of designing and delivering change communication and training approaches, including training delivery, building awareness and desire, and ensuring colleagues and customers have the knowledge and ability to adopt the change.
