Touchstone is a multi-award-winning mental health and wellbeing charity operating in communities across Yorkshire. This fixed-term role is for up to 3 years with a 30-hour week, starting at £45,609.69 per annum pro rata.

The post holder will lead on Touchstone's improvement and transformation plan, reviewing business processes and IT/AI to enhance efficiencies and support growth. The role requires substantial experience in business change and improvement, and in implementing improvement

Qualifications

• Significant experience in business change and improvement initiatives.
• Experience with business intelligence and data-driven decision making.
• Proven track record in delivering transformation projects.

• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of improvements.
