We’re working with a leading change and transformation consultancy that helps organisations turn strategy into practical, measurable outcomes. They work across complex business and technology transformation programmes, giving consultants the opportunity to work closely with clients and gain exposure to a variety of industries and projects.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with 2+ years’ experience, ideally from a consultancy background, to join the team and support clients through business transformation initiatives.

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you’ll act as the link between business stakeholders, delivery teams and technology teams, helping clients understand their challenges and translate them into clear, deliverable solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed business process analysis, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Creating AS-IS and TO-BE process maps to help clients understand current and future ways of working.
• Working directly with stakeholders to gather, analyse and validate business requirements.
• Facilitating workshops, interviews and requirements sessions with business and technical teams.
• Translating requirements into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria and process flows.
• Analysing data to identify trends, issues and opportunities that can support business decisions.
• Contributing to change management and implementation activities to ensure new processes and solutions are successfully adopted.
• Maintaining project documentation, including requirements traceability matrices, process documentation and project updates.
• Working within Agile delivery environments, adapting your approach depending on the client and programme.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is confident working in a client-facing consultancy environment and can quickly understand new businesses, processes and challenges.

You’ll ideally have:

• 2+ years’ Business Analysis experience
