Job summary

SF Partners is seeking a D365 Business Applications Manager to own the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and shape its future. The role combines functional D365 expertise with product ownership and active stakeholder engagement.

You will drive adoption, manage the roadmap, and lead improvements across Sales, Customer Service, Power Pages, and Customer Voice, with hybrid on-site and remote work and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience owning business applications, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong functional knowledge of D365.
• Experience owning product roadmaps, requirements and system improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, managing the product roadmap, enhancements and ongoing development.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements and deliver improvements.

I'm working with an established organisation looking for a Business Applications Manager to take full ownership of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and help shape the future of its business applications.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining functional D365 expertise, product ownership and genuine stakeholder engagement.

We're not looking for a developer or someone who simply manages tickets. We need someone who can take ownership, drive improvements and, most importantly, bring people along on the journey.

The Role:

• Take full ownership of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, managing the product roadmap, enhancements and ongoing development.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements and deliver meaningful improvements.
• Drive user adoption, helping operational teams understand the value of new functionality and ways of working.
• Manage and optimise the wider applications portfolio, including Power Pages and Customer Voice.
• Support the future introduction of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Work with external technology partners to deliver system enhancements and integrations.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and better customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For:
