Job summary

Experis in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a programme focused on business processes, operational workflows, data flows, and IT systems within a regulated environment.

You will lead workshops to capture requirements, create end-to-end process maps, analyse data ownership and interfaces, and ensure URS/FRS traceability, partnering with Operations, Quality and IT to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Independent requirements and process analysis capability.
• Experience mapping end-to-end processes in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of URS/FRS and validation frameworks (CSV).

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to capture and document business processes and system interactions.
• Create end-to-end process maps covering operational, quality, and technology workflows.
• Analyse how data is created, used, reviewed, approved, and transferred between systems.
• Document interfaces, integrations, dependencies, and manual touchpoints across applications.
• Produce clear and structured business, user, and functional requirements.
• Identify ownership gaps across systems, processes, and data domains.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, IT, Engineering, and external suppliers to validate requirements.
• Support decision-making through analysis of current-state processes and systems.
