Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (SFIA 5) to join a growing team supporting large-scale digital and technology transformation programmes. You will bridge business needs and technical delivery while guiding analysis work and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

You will lead requirements activities, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, drive process improvement, and mentor other Business Analysts in delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience across complex business and technology change programmes.
• Elicitation, analysis, modelling, documentation, validation, and lifecycle management.
• Proven deliverables and documentation quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across programmes and transformation initiatives.
• Elicit, analyse, validate, prioritise, and manage requirements through the project lifecycle.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution designs.
• Produce and maintain BA artefacts: User Stories, Epics, Features, Requirements, Data Specifications, Acceptance Criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and alignment.
• Analyse and improve business processes using BPMN, UML, capability mapping, and BIAs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Delivery Leads.
• Lead backlog refinement and prioritisation to meet business objectives.
• Support UAT planning, defect triage and post-implementation reviews.
