Job summary

Berkeley Group Plc is seeking a commercially minded Business Analyst to support a major transformation programme, including the transition to IFS Cloud. You will work across a complex organisation to gather requirements, map processes and drive practical improvements that align with strategic objectives.

The role emphasises stakeholder partnering, workshops, and delivering high-quality analysis artefacts while supporting governance and adoption of changes across functions.

Qualifications

• Proven BA in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and documenting processes.
• Experience with business analysis artefacts: requirements, EPICs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• ERP, enterprise or operational systems exposure is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to capture business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and process documentation.
• Bridge between business teams and technical specialists to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Map current and future-state processes across functions and identify automation opportunities.
• Support governance, change control, prioritisation and documentation for initiatives.
