Laing O'Rourke is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our IT function during a period of transformation. You will go beyond requirements gathering, work across complex initiatives, and translate business needs into evidence-based, value-driven solutions.

You will facilitate workshops, engage senior stakeholders, influence decisions and help develop our BA capability as the organisation modernises its technology landscape across UK and international client projects.

Qualificações

• Proven experience applying business analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, actionable recommendations.
• Thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Experience partnering with Project Managers and delivery teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BA activity across complex business and technology change initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders at all levels to define scope, objectives and outcomes.
• Translate business challenges into clear, practical, value-driven solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, drive stakeholder engagement and build alignment.
• Analyse current and future processes to identify efficiency improvements.
• Support solution design, testing and implementation activities.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to support decisions and outcomes.
• Contribute to development of BA capability across the organisation.
