Salesforce Business Analyst with German (m/f/d) - remote

Join JELD-WEN Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG as a Salesforce Business Analyst with German (m/f/d). This remote role is based anywhere in Germany, Austria, or the UK, with hybrid options depending on location. The contract is fixed-term for 12+ months.

About the Role

You will be part of our Sales Operations and IT team, supporting the Salesforce New Org rollout across Europe. Your responsibilities include translating business needs into solutions, supporting Salesforce users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for Salesforce.
• Create Epics and User Stories in Jira.
• Support Salesforce solution delivery and UAT testing.
• Manage reporting needs and support ad hoc queries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM features.
• Proficiency in reporting and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin) are a plus.
• Fluency in English and German required; French or Swedish is advantageous.
