What you'll do

In your new role, you’ll join our agile product team and play a key role in launching a new Lending product within NatWest Boxed, working with the Product Owner to find the best solutions.

You’ll also:

1. Define and Track product requirements: Work closely with the Product team in the lending domain to identify, analyse, and manage detailed product requirements, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory needs.
2. Lead Discovery & Story Creation: Support and lead detailed discovery sessions with the lending team, taking ownership of crafting user stories and requirements that drive the development and build of the Lending solution.
3. Process Design & Optimisation: Collaborate with stakeholders to design, document, and refine processes supporting the product's rollout, ensuring a seamless development pipeline.
4. Develop knowledge of NatWest Boxed and Group policies: Support identifying where existing policies align with or need adaptation for the Lending proposition.

The skills you'll need

You should have experience in business analysis roles with a technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and digital banking infrastructures. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to document complex requirements clearly are essential.

You’ll also need:

1. Familiarity with CONC, CCA (Consumer Credit Act), FCA regulations, and financial compliance, with the ability to spot policy gaps.
2. Strong writing skills for creating requirements documents, user stories, and process flows.
3. Excellent stakeholder and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
4. An ability to identify issues early, troubleshoot problems, and drive solutions.
