Job Description:
On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst - Central Patient Intake to support project execution, process improvements, and stakeholder engagement. The role involves developing business cases, managing project plans, and facilitating communication. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to drive business transformation and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  1. Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation), with experience working directly with Senior Executives
  2. Authoring program and project documents including briefing notes, business cases, project charters, scope documents, communication plans, requirements, change requests, closure reports, and presentations
  3. Developing, reviewing, and ensuring quality of program documents and artifacts to meet stakeholder criteria
  4. Assisting in the development of design documents, requirements analysis, testing plans, process flows, procedures, and policies
  5. Conducting current state analysis related to technology components
  6. Leading the development of business cases, solution definition, estimating, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management
  7. Leading process review and improvement initiatives for smooth workflow transitions
  8. Coordinating with team members to improve workflows and gather support content
  9. Educating stakeholders on new processes and sharing feedback
  10. Building positive relationships with business, technical, and project stakeholders for successful delivery
  11. Managing project plans (budget, schedule, risk) with input from team and stakeholders
  12. Facilitating communication across organization and stakeholders
  13. Managing organizational change requirements in collaboration with Communications Leads
  14. Documenting findings and recommendations
  15. Gathering and documenting technical and business requirements
  16. Keeping abreast of industry trends in digital health solutions
  17. Performing other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Experience in leadership roles, project management, and health informatics within healthcare
  • Expertise in Change Management, Clinical Workflow, Clinical Informatics, Clinical Analysis, and Program Management
