FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Business Analyst to work for our client within the Finance sector. This is initially a 3-month contract with the potential to extend, and the role will be carried out remotely.

Our client is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join a high-profile Finance Remediation project. This initiative involves developing a comprehensive remediation calculator and associated attest to support a complex remediation process. The successful candidate must have proven experience in financial services or remediation-focused projects. Specific Customer Redress experience in PPI or car finance would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to defining scope and segmentation strategies for the remediation workstream
