We\'re working with a global events and media organisation undergoing major digital transformation who are looking for a Business Analyst (with strong technical exposure) to join their Transformation team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys turning complex challenges into structured solutions, and wants to be part of a collaborative, change-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis - from idea to go-live
• Translate pain points into testable, traceable user stories and technical specs
• Own documentation (Azure DevOps, Confluence, process flows, RTMs)
• Support implementation, testing, and business readiness
• Drive process improvement and rollout of scalable documentation standards

Desirable Skills

• Strong experience in both Business Analysis and Technical Analysis
• Confident working across complex systems and integrations
• Skilled at facilitating workshops, writing clear requirements, and managing ambiguity
• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics, digital experience platforms (DxP), and Azure DevOps
• Bonus: experience in media, events, or publishing (e.g., subscriptions, memberships, ad models)
