Job description

Synechron is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in the Equities domain to join a leading financial institution on a long-term contract.

Role:

1. Engage with Business, Change, and IT teams to understand how Operations teams work with existing systems or handle manual daily operations.
2. Define functional requirements, resolve queries, collaborate with IT for POC/implementation, and manage UAT calls.

Looking for:

1. Knowledge of middle-office and back-office operations.
2. Knowledge of Corporate Actions.
3. Knowledge of Fixed Income domain.

This is a multi-year contract via umbrella inside IR35, starting ASAP, with a requirement to work three days a week in the Sheffield office.
