Job Description:

Synechron is seeking a proficient Business Analyst with expertise in the Equities domain to join a leading financial institution on a long-term contract basis.

Responsibilities:

1. Engage with Business, Change, and IT teams to understand operational workflows and system interactions.
2. Define functional requirements, address queries, collaborate with IT for proof of concept and implementation, and manage UAT processes.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of middle-office and back-office operations.
• Understanding of Corporate Actions.
• Familiarity with the Fixed Income domain.

Additional Information:

This is a multi-year contract via umbrella within IR35, starting ASAP. The role requires working three days a week at the Sheffield office.
