• Location: Sheffield (This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office)

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Analyst, within SYMCA’s DTS Team, you'll play a pivotal role in a wide variety of IT projects with impacts across the organisation . Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading analysis of business functions requirements across SYMCA and wider stakeholders.
• Developing, recommending, and challenging far-reaching process improvements at both corporate and team levels.
• Recommending IT solutions and delivery options to address business needs.
• Prioritising customer requirements and helping to create solid project plans to drive the business forward.

In addition to your analytical expertise, you'll also have direct line management responsibility for a Business Analyst, coordinating the effective use of resources and liaising with stakeholders across the business to drive performance and extract vital information.
