Job Description

In this role, you will:

• Support the product owner in managing their work stream backlog and prioritizing stories and subtasks.
• Groom stories in the backlog to ensure they meet the ‘definition of ready’.
• Contribute to the project RAID by raising issues when necessary.
• Update the Engagement Lead and Project Management on progress versus delivery milestones.
• Facilitate Agile forums and project meetings, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, show and tell, retrospectives, and Scrum sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
• Understanding of Investment Banking products in at least one asset class: Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, or FX.
