Job summary

Morson Group is recruiting a Dynamics 365 CE Business Analyst for a Central Government programme based in London with hybrid working and active SC clearance.

You will drive technology and business change, craft BRDs, user stories and process maps, and support UAT within Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.

Engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex business needs into practical requirements and enable digital transformation adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst delivering technology and business change projects.
• Recent Dynamics 365 Case Management experience.
• Experience delivering digital transformation programmes from discovery through to implementation and business adoption.
• Strong requirements elicitation and analysis skills with the ability to challenge existing processes.
• Experience facilitating workshops and interviewing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between business users and technical delivery teams.
• Define and manage User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, BRDs and process maps.
• Support UAT, defect management and business readiness activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews with senior leaders.

Dynamics 365 CE Business Analyst - Central Government - Active SC Clearance required - £450 - £500 a day - Outside IR35 - London/ Hybrid Working

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst delivering technology and business change projects.
• Recent and demonstrable experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management solutions.
• Experience supporting the delivery of digital transformation programmes from discovery through to implementation and business adoption.
• Strong requirements elicitation and analysis skills, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and ways of working to drive improvement.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and translate business needs into clear requirements.

• Solid understanding and practical experience working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and business readiness activities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, product owners, testers, and delivery managers.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Experience supporting change management, training, and user adoption activities.

Desirable Experience

• Experience delivering case management solutions within the UK public sector.
• Experience working within regulated, legal, enforcement, investigation, or operational case management environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar backlog and delivery management tools.
• Experience supporting data migration and transition activities between legacy and new case management platforms.
• Understanding of information governance, records management, and compliance requirements.
