Job summary

Clarke Willmott LLP is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to join the Change Team in a 4-month fixed-term role, with potential extension. You will work with legal and business support teams, stakeholders and suppliers to understand challenges, define requirements and support practical change that improves efficiency, compliance and user experience.

You will design future-state processes, influence operating models, and deliver artefacts such as process maps and user stories.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement and change initiatives.
• Strong ability to gather, document and manage business requirements.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders and translating needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives and identify improvements.
• Elicit, document and validate requirements through interviews and reviews.
• Analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Produce process maps, requirements docs, user stories and business cases.
• Support design of future-state processes and operating models.
