Job summary

Jersey Evening Post is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term appointment within a leading financial services environment. You will join the Change team to drive business transformation, improve processes and deliver measurable outcomes across the organisation.

The role focuses on gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, tracking benefits and ensuring governance standards are met to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Business Analysis, Change, Process Improvement, or a related discipline.
• Relevant Business Analysis qualifications or demonstrable professional experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• The ability to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience supporting projects, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements for strategic projects.
• Facilitating workshops to identify, validate and prioritise stakeholder needs.
• Supporting the delivery of change initiatives and operational improvement programmes.
• Tracking and measuring project benefits, including efficiency gains and process improvements.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Promoting continuous improvement methodologies and best practices.
