Job summary

Witcher Associates is partnering with a growing specialist insurance business in Bristol to recruit a Business Analyst into its established Change function. This role suits someone with practical experience in business analysis or business change who wants to develop further within an experienced team, working alongside senior Analysts and a supportive Head of Change.

You’ll contribute to a varied portfolio of business, operational and technology-led change, across multiple projects and delivery

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or closely related change role.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of process mapping and improvement.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across business areas.
• Jira or similar project/change tools experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document and validate business requirements.
• Map current and future-state processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops.
• Translate needs into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Use data to identify root causes and support decisions.
• Support testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Collaborate with project and change colleagues through delivery lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working.
• Support multiple projects and change initiatives simultaneously.
