Job summary

Openwork Limited is seeking an experienced Lead Business and Systems Analyst to guide change and IT improvement projects. You will gather requirements through workshops and interviews, translate them into functional and technical specs, and collaborate with technology teams and suppliers to ensure successful delivery.

You will analyse processes and data to identify operational improvements, produce governance artefacts, and support end-to-end change initiatives from design to benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in business and systems analysis translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (SQL, Excel, Tableau).
• Lean Six Sigma qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and systems analysis across change and IT projects.
• Gather, challenge and document business requirements via workshops/interviews.
• Translate business needs into clear functional/technical requirements for tech and delivery teams.
• Analyse processes and data to identify improvements.
• Produce high-quality documentation: process maps, use cases, requirements, governance artefacts.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders, tech teams, suppliers and testing.
• Support end-to-end change initiatives including design, implementation, testing and benefits realization.
