Ohpen is seeking a Business Analyst in the UK to bridge the gap between clients and our software developers on the cloud-based SaaS Lending Platform. You will translate customer requirements into technical specifications and advise on processes to improve the customer experience.

With 4+ years in the UK mortgage market, you will work closely with product and technical teams to turn client needs into solution offerings and help drive a bigger role within the team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the UK mortgage market.
• Experience translating customer requirements into technical requirements.
• Strong communicator bridging customers and technical teams.
• Experience with stakeholder management and/or implementations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the connecting piece between clients and development teams across the Ohpen Lending Platform.
• Translate customer requirements into technical requirements for the product team.
• Advise customers on their processes and help improve their overall experience.
• Contribute to solving challenges by applying business analysis to the SaaS solution.
