Job summary

FINCROFT is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a mortgage transformation programme in London. This hybrid role focuses on an Origination & Servicing Platform for the retail channel, bridging business and technical delivery across stakeholders and vendors.

The role requires gathering and documenting requirements, creating process maps, user stories, and functional specs, and leading workshops to ensure regulatory and operational alignment with the new platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, origination and servicing processes.
• Experience working on mortgage origination / servicing platform implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements across the E2E mortgage lifecycle

We are currently supporting a Financial Services organisation in London as they embark on a Mortgage transformation programme. They are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in the implementation of a new Mortgage Origination & Servicing Platform, focused on enhancing their retail channel.

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather, analyse, and document requirements for the new platform. You will act as the bridge between business teams and technical delivery, ensuring the solution aligns with operational and regulatory needs.
