Job summary

Ultramink Technologies is looking for a Business Analyst to facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams in the financial services sector. You will manage requirements, document processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst in financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, payments, or insurance workflows.
• Knowledge of financial regulations (FCA, PSD2, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and document business requirements
• Map current-state and future-state business processes
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Facilitate UAT sessions and manage requirement traceability
• Support regulatory compliance analysis for financial services clients

Requirements

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst in financial services or fintech
• Strong understanding of banking operations, payments, or insurance workflows
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proficiency in requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Knowledge of financial regulations (FCA, PSD2, or equivalent)

Nice to Have

• CBAP or equivalent certification
• Experience with core banking system migrations
• SQL proficiency for data analysis
