About the team

The FIS Professional Services team supports clients during the implementation of FIS Securities Finance products around the world. We are a group of experienced industry professionals that work with top tier clients to ensure success and customer satisfaction during the implementation of many FIS products such as Global One, Apex Securities Finance, Loanet, Smart Loan, and more.

What you will be doing

The Business Analyst role will support clients to implement a new FIS Securities Finance service, FIS Securities Finance Matching Platform (SFMP). SFMP has been developed over the last three years as a new smarter platform for matching trades in the Securities Finance industry. The role will task you with meeting top tier clients, helping them through the implementation process, and guiding them through a successful onboarding of this new platform.

Main Responsibilities:

• Train clients on the new SFMP platform
• Guide clients through inbound and outbound data mapping
• Work with clients to develop test plans and test cases
• Support client UAT test cycles
• Collaborate with other FIS teams to ensure customer success during the implementation project

What you bring:

• Securities Finance Experience (Securities Lending and Repo)
• Five or more years working in the product line(s) as a business systems analyst at a senior or specialist level
• Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles
• Working knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, , iterative, waterfall, and other modern approaches to software development
• Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, consice and professional manner including presentations
• Proficiency in defining and implementing an overall solution and expertise in the business architecture
