We are searching for a Business Analyst to support a major people and process change programme across our client’s organisation. Acting as the number two to the Programme Lead, you will assist with programme delivery, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

1. Support the Programme Lead with day-to-day delivery tasks
2. Document current workflows and future-state processes
3. Prepare project briefs, reports, and stakeholder presentations
4. Use PPM tools (e.g., MSP, Miro, Clarizen, Jira) to track progress
5. Bring experience in transformation or business change programmes
6. Demonstrate strong process documentation and workflow analysis skills
7. Be proficient in producing Gantt charts and using PPM tools
8. Be familiar with Jira and Agile methodologies
