Job summary

Venn Group is recruiting an experienced Business Analyst to support a large NHS Organisation on a high-profile innovation and digital transformation programme. This role focuses on gathering requirements, process mapping and stakeholder engagement across digital initiatives.

You will facilitate workshops, document complex requirements clearly, and support governance, testing, and service transition to ensure successful delivery. Hybrid working in London with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the NHS or public sector.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and translating complex requirements into clear documentation.
• Knowledge of Information Governance, Data Protection and digital assurance processes.
• Experience supporting technology, digital transformation or innovation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, analysing and documenting business and user requirements across a range of digital and innovation projects.
• Facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings and discovery sessions to identify business challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Supporting technology assessments, feasibility studies, pilot projects and solution recommendations.
• Producing process maps, business cases, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinating Information Governance, Data Protection, Cyber Security and wider assurance activities.
• Managing stakeholder engagement and presenting findings, risks and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Supporting testing, implementation and service transition activities to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
